कविता का सार यह कविता का आग्रह है कि विश्व जो प्रगति करता है वह अच्छाई के बल पर करता है और लोग यही चाहते हैं कि वह भले और नेक हों। लेकिन केवल भले होने की इच्छा पूरा भला करने के लिए पर्याप्त नहीं है। पूरा भला करना उतना सरल नहीं होता है और उसके लिए नेकी, शौर्य व प्रज्ञता तीनो गुणों को साथ ले कर चलना होता है। यह तीन गुणों का एक दुसरे पर प्रभाव हमारी भले करने की क्षमता को एक नए स्तर पर ले जाता है और कठिन परिस्थितियों में भी भला करने के योग्य बनाता है। यह कविता के चरण वर्णिक वृत्त एवं तुकांत हैं।

Essence of poem "Partial and thorough goodness" This poem affirms that the progress the world makes is on the strength of good and that people want to be good and noble as well. But mere desire to be good is not enough to do complete good. It is not that easy to do complete good and for that one has to bring to bear all the three qualities of goodness, bravery and wisdom.
